Built Through Dedication.
Growing Through Experience.
Contractors VP began with a family vision. Originally established as VP Brothers, the company was founded on an idea shared by siblings Mauricio and Sonia Vides: combining hands-on field expertise with strong business administration to provide dependable property services.
As the business evolved, Sonia Vides took on the responsibility of leading the company independently. Determined to move forward, she expanded her knowledge beyond administration, learning the operational side of the business through hands-on experience, perseverance, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Over the past seven years, Contractors VP, LLC has continued to grow and evolve, building its services around the needs of multifamily communities, commercial properties, and residential clients.
Today, our mission goes beyond delivering quality property services. We strive to simplify our clients' daily operations, provide dependable solutions, and help them focus on what matters most.
