TOUCH-UP
Touch-up cleaning is the final phase of the cleaning process. Not always necessary, it is mostly done if the unit has been vacant for some time or when work is being done after the full clean. This only includes dusting, kigth wiping throughout unit and light sweeping and mopping.
FULL CLEAN
Full Clean also known as standard cleaning refers to the regular cleaning tasks that keep a unit in good condition. This typically includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, baths, and sinks), cleaning kitchen and appliances from their normal usage. Because of the Multifamily industry we work on we also include to wipe down light fixtures and sweeping patios and cleaning the glass patio door.
ADITIONAL SERVICES
DEEP CLEAN
Deep Cleaning is an intense or extreme cleaning activity which focuses on the inside and outside of an object where a cleaner pays more attention to details. In most cases a deep clean fee is charged for the extra time that takes to clean in detail a fridge or an oven.
HEAVY CLEAN
Heavy Clean is a more thorough cleaning service that involves more time, supplies, and attention than a regular cleaning. It’s often used for units that haven’t been cleaned in a while, have a lot of pet hair, or have built-up grime on surfaces.
